Accounting Curriculum Changes will be effective Summer 2008!
- ACCT 550 - Contemporary Issues in Accounting (formerly ACCT 600) -- New preparatory course
- ACCT 610 - Accounting for Decision Making -- New core accounting course
- New Accounting Curriculum Implementation Plan:
- Current MBA Degree seeking status students who have already completed ACCT 600 or ACCT 609 - do NOT need any additional accounting courses to meet the core competency requirements.
- Current MBA Degree seeking students who have not taken ACCT 600 will take ACCT 550 in place of ACCT 600. You do not NEED to take ACCT 610. Students interested in taking the ACCT 610, please speak with the MBA Director to determine eligibility.
- All current or new students starting the program Summer 2008 or later are required to take both ACCT 550 and ACCT 610.
