Graduate certificate courses are taught by full-time, doctoral qualified faculty of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
Each graduate certificate consists of a minimum of 12 hours of graduate course work in a specific field of study, in addition to any required prerequisites. Students may take the prerequisites at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. All course work required for a Certificate should be completed within three calendar years after the first semester a student enrolls in classes.
The three calendar year time frame begins with a student's first 600 level course.
The only exclusion is ACCT 4XX required for the Accounting Certificate.
Certificate students may use the completed course work towards an MBA degree. All course work for the MBA must be completed within five calendar years after the first semester a student enrolls in classes.
