Graduate Certificate courses are taught by full-time, doctorally qualified faculty of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
The following Graduate Certificates in Business are available on campus:
A curriculum change has been implemented that will effect all students who are admitted in Summer 2008 and forward. Therefore, if you are a certificate student who was admitted before this date you can contact the MBA Advising office for questions about your curriculum.
Each graduate certificate consists of a minimum of 12 hours of graduate course work in a specific field of study, in addition to any required prerequisites. Students may take the prerequisites at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
All course work required for a certficate must be completed within three calendar years after the first semester a student enrolls in classes. (The three calendar year time frame begins with a student's first 600 level course.)
Certificate students may use the completed course work towards an MBA degree. All course work for the MBA must be completed within five calendar years after the first semester a student enrolls in classes.

OPTM 600 Operations: Competing Through Capabilities*Prerequisites: ACCT 550 and QUAN 550 are prerequisites for ACCT 610. ACCT 550, BUAD 550 and QUAN 550 are prerequisites for FNCE 600, and ACCT 610 is a corequisite. ACCT 550 and QUAN 550 are prerequisites for OPTM 600.
