Each graduate certificate consists of a minimum of 12 hours of graduate course work in a specific field of study, in addition to any required prerequisites. Students may take the prerequisites at the the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
All course work required for a certificate must be completed within three calendar years after the first semester a student enrolls in classes.
The three calendar year time frame begins with a student's first 600 level course.
Certificate students may use the completed course work towards an MBA degree. All course work for the MBA must be completed within five calendar years after the first semester a student enrolls in classes.
