Distance MBA  Payment Options

The Bursars office accepts the following payment options.

  • For Spring 2010, payment is due in full prior to January 8, 2010, if already registered.
     
  • Three-part payment plan, if registered prior to January 8, 2010 - there is a $35.00 fee for this option with the $35.00 and 40 percent of all tuition and fees due prior to January 8, 2010. The second payment is due by February 12, 2010; the final payment is due by March 12, 2010.

    If one registers after January 8, 2010, one can either estimate then pay in full prior to registration or may choose the partial payment plan of $335.00 prior to registration.  This includes a $35.00 payment plan fee.  Remember that after January 8, 2010, one will not be able to register without paying in full or signing up for the partial payment plan prior to registration.
     
  • Third party billing - If your company, agency or military installation is paying all or part of your tuition and fees upfront (not applicable for post semester reimbursement) and directly to the University, please contact Bonnie Bates or Jacquelin Gatlin, prior to January 8, 2010, in Third Party Billing Department.  Bonnie can be contacted by phone at 719-255-3399 or 800-990-8227 ext 3399 and Jacquelin can be reached by phone at 719-255-3733 or 800-990-8227 ext. 3733.  You may also email the Third Party Billing Department by email at tuitasst@uccs.edu. Any difference over and above the third party allowance is due no later than March 12, 2010. Please contact the Third-party/Tuition-assistance Department for deadline dates regarding receipt of required documentation for billing.

  • Financial Aid - If you have Financial Aid, please contact Pamela Mead Krull in the Campus Wide Extended Studies office prior to January 8, 2010:  Pamela Mead Krull  719-255-5111

If you pay with a credit card, the campus only accepts Visa, American Express and Master Card. If you are paying by check you can either pay on-line or send your check and  the check payment worksheet that is posted in the payment area of the Student Online Center  to the following address:

Paying at the time of registration (as long as balance appears on account):

  • Log onto the Student Online Center
  • Select Finances
  • Prior to January 8, 2010,  select Account Balance/Payments Options link (green) at the top of the page; Select one of the payment options (pay in full; payment plan, etc.).

    After January 8, 2010, select Pre-payment Options; choose 'estimate and pay in full' or $335 option.
  • After obtaining your balance or estimated amount, enter your Visa, American Express, Master Card or ACH information for the amount required.

If you are paying by credit card, do not enter any dollar signs, dashes or commas.  Enter the expiration date and the e-mail address where you would like to receive your confirmation of payment. Authorized only one time.

If you are paying by check, double-check to be sure you are entering the correct account and routing number.

Paying at a later time (Do not pay until a balance appears in your account. The balance will  appear approximately 30 days before the first day of main campus classes - December 24, 2009 for Spring 2010 semester).
