To register through the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs on-line enrollment system, you will need your student ID and your PIN. Campus students wishing to take Distance MBA classes must speak with the Distance MBA advising office at 719-255-3408. NOTE: Once you have registered for a class, you are responsible for the payment of all tuition and fees unless you drop the course prior to registration closing.  

YOU MUST SELECT EXTENDED STUDIES WHEN REGISTERING FOR A DMBA CLASS.

Tuition must either be paid in full by the 'Tuition Due Date/First Payment Deadline" (for Spring 2010 that date is January 8, 2010) if already registered, or you may choose the 40/30/30 payment plan option.  If you register after January 8, 2010, you will have to either estimate then pay in full prior to registration or you may choose the partial payment plan of $335.00 prior to registration.  Payment plan fees are non-refundable.  For more information go to the 'How do I pay?' link.

REGISTRATION

  1. Log into the Student Online Center 
  2. Select Student Sign-On Page.
  3. Enter your Student ID and PIN.  (If you do not remember your Student ID or PIN, refer to the links to the left of the page.)
  4. Select Registration 
  5. Select Register
  6. Select Extended Studies -  be sure to select the correct term – click Submit.
  7. In the "Course Request" display, enter the five digit call# for each course you wish to add to your schedule then click the ADD button. The screen will refresh and show your enrollment status. Do the same for each additional course you wish to ADD.  DO NOT USE THE COURSE SEARCH FUNCTION - YOU MUST HAVE THE CALL NUMBER TO REGISTER FOR A DMBA CLASS.  Call numbers are posted to the DMBA Current Student webpage.
  8. Closed courses may have WAITLISTS.  If you try to register for a closed class which has a WAITLIST, the computer will ask if you want to be put on the WAITLIST.  As openings occur in a waitlisted courses, you will automatically be registered in the course.  It is your responsibility to check your enrollment status and print or list your schedule. 
  9. When you have finished registering, click on the SCHEDULE button at the bottom of the screen. When your schedule displays, click the print button for your browser to get a hard copy of your schedule.
  10. Deadlines for paying for your class will change each semester.  Pay for your class.  
  11. You may drop a class on-line prior to the close of on-line registration. Follow the above steps through #6. Select the course you want to drop by clicking the DROP  button displayed next to the course. Remember to print your course schedule after you drop or add a course.
